Setup is still waiting

Keep the terminal open. Confirm the short code and machine details on /activate. After Checkout, the CLI may show Payment received — activating… until the signed Stripe webhook updates the account.

The phone shows no machine

Email login restores the account and existing grants only. A new machine key is never recovered from email. Run muxr pair on that computer and scan its QR.

Pairing expired

Run muxr pair again. Pair claims are single-use and expire after five minutes.

Connection is blocked

A revoked device or pending machine-key rotation blocks new hosted tickets. Reconnect the host so it can rotate and reseal grants for remaining devices.

Redacted diagnostics

Run:

muxr doctor

Share the redacted output. Do not share QR fragments, account or machine credentials, SecureStore data, OpenAI keys, or raw key files.
